Since the lake’s creation in the early 1970s, Crescent has
created more than 30 communities on Lake Keowee, from from small,

Crescent Communities is owned by Crescent Resources, a joint venture
between Duke Energy, Morgan
Stanley Real Estate Fund (MSREF) V U.S. and the company’s
management. From Crescent’s formation in 1969 to its position
today as a real estate force in the Southeast and Southwest, Crescent
has held firm to the principles that brought the company to where
it is today.
