John Hamrick Real Estate:
From Atlanta: Take I-85 North to exit 1. Go north on Highway 11. Take
a left on Highway 123 bypass. Go to the sixth traffic light and the
sales office is on the right at the light.
From Charlotte: Take I-85 South to exit 19B. Follow Highway 76 to Clemson.
Take a left at the intersection of the Highway 123 bypass. Continue on
Highway 123 bypass through Clemson to the Seneca city limits. At the
second traffic light, turn left (the corner of U.S. 123 bypass and Walnut
Street), and you'll see our sales office.
Harbor Oaks:
From Atlanta: I-85 N to exit 1, Hwy 11. Continue on Hwy 11 to US-76 and
US-123 ramp going into Seneca. From the ramp, turn left onto US-76
and US-123. Stay on US-123 N to the fourth traffic light, turn
left onto Hwy 28 (Blue Ridge Blvd). Continue on Hwy 28 to the second
traffic light and turn right onto Hwy 188 (Keowee School Road). Continue
on Hwy 188 approximately seven miles, turn right onto Evatt Road and
continue to the stop sign. Turn right onto Knox Road, travel approximately
one mile, turn left onto Ellenburg Road (just past Pointe Harbor Entances).
The main entrance to Harbor Oaks is on the right.
From Charlotte: Take I-85 S to exit 19B. Follow Hwy 76 to Clemson. Turn
left onto US-123 in Clemson. Continue on US-123 in Clemson to the Seneca
city limits. Turn right onto SC Hwy 130/Rochester Hwy (CVS and Ingles
shopping center). Travel approximately 12 miles turn left onto Hwy 188,
and then immediate left onto Knox Road. Travel approximately 2.5 miles
to Ellenburg Road on left (just past Pointe Harbor Entances). The
main entrance to Harbor Oaks is on the right.
Pointe Harbor:
From Atlanta: Take I-85 North to exit 1 (scenic Highway 11). Go north
on Highway 11 to the Highway 123 bypass intersection. Turn left on
Highway 123. Turn left on Highway 28 at the third traffic light (just
past Staples). At the second traffic light, turn right on Highway 188
(Keowee School Road). Cross over two bridges, and then turn right onto
Evatt Road. At the stop sign, turn right onto Knox Road. The entrance
to Pointe Harbor is on the left.
From Charlotte: Take I-85 South to exit 19B (Clemson). Bear right on
Highway 76 and 28. Take a left at intersection of Highway 123 bypass
(Ramada Inn on right). Stay on Highway 123 bypass through Clemson to
the Seneca city limits. In Seneca, turn right on Highway 28 at the intersection
with Highway 123. At the second traffic light, turn right on Highway
188 (Keowee School Road). Cross over two bridges, and then turn right
onto Evatt Road. At the stop sign, turn right onto Knox Road. The entrance
to Pointe Harbor is on the left.
Waterford Pointe:
From Atlanta: I-85 N to exit 1, Hwy 11. Continue on Hwy 11 to US-76 and
US-123 ramp going into Seneca. From the ramp, turn left onto US-76
and US-123. Stay on US-123 N to the 9th traffic light. Turn left onto
SC Hwy 130/Rochester Hwy, travel approximately 5 miles and turn left
onto Katelynn Lane at the Waterford Communities monument. Go past the
Waterford entrance, and Waterford Pointe will be on the left.
From Charlotte: Take I-85 S to exit 19B. Follow Hwy 76 to Clemson. Turn
left onto US-123 in Clemson. Continue on US-123 in Clemson to the Seneca
city limits. Turn right onto SC Hwy 130/Rochester Hwy (CVS and Ingles
shopping center). Travel approximately 5 miles and turn left onto Katelynn
Lane at the Waterford Communities monument. Go past the Waterford and
Waterford Pointe entrance, anhd Waterford Pointe will be on the left.
Waterford Ridge:
From Atlanta: I-85 N to exit 1, Hwy 11. Continue on Hwy 11 to US-76 and
US-123 ramp going into Seneca. From the ramp turn left onto US-76 and
US-123. Stay on US-123 N to the 9th traffic light. Turn left onto SC
Hwy 130/Rochester Hwy. Travel approximately 5 miles and turn left onto
Katelynn Lane at the Waterford Communities monument. Go past
the Waterford and Waterford Pointe community entrances, and Waterford
Ridge will be on the left.
From Charlotte: Take I-85 S to exit 19B. Follow Hwy 76 to Clemson. Turn
left onto US-123 in Clemson. Continue on US-123 in Clemson to the Seneca

Waterside Crossing:
From I-85, take exit 1 and go north on Highway 11 to Highway 123. Follow
Highway 123 to the Seneca area. Take the Highway 123 Bypass to Highway
130 and turn right. To reach Waterside Crossing, continue on 130 until
it merges with Highway 183. Cross the bridge and Waterside Crossing
will be on your right.
